COMMUNITY ART SHOW INVITATION TO SUBMIT

The Planetary Art Institute at Camp Meade invites you to inaugurate our exhibition space with a Community Art Show open to all ages and abilities from our region!

We believe that shared experiences of making, working, and playing create connections that bridge our differences, so the Planetary Art Institute offers opportunities for neighbors, friends, and families to experience delight, surprise, and togetherness through creativity and collaboration. Please join us by submitting your work and visiting our show.

Exhibition Dates: October 13 - November 16

Location: Planetary Art Institute at 961 Route 2, Middlesex VT 05602

Visitation Hours: 11am - 4pm Tuesday - Friday + Sunday + selected Saturdays

Opening Reception: Camp Meade’s Fall Family Festival on Sunday, October 13th from 3pm - 5pm

Artwork Drop Off Dates: October 4th + 6th 11am - 5pm

Artwork Pick Up Dates: November 17-18 11am - 5pm

Participation Fee: $15 (10 cents for children under 12)

Sales Commission: 20%

We will handle your work with care and do our best to accommodate as many works as possible that meet the following requirements:

  • Three or fewer submissions per artist; two or fewer if >24” in any dimension

  • All work must be labeled with: artist name, title, medium, price, and contact info

  • All work must be framed and wired or ready for display with attached T-pin

  • Liability release form must be signed and all packaging removed at drop-off

  • Please contact hello@planetaryartinstitute.org in advance if submitting 3-D work
