A joyful, inclusive, totally beginner-friendly, body-positive class. Practice internal freedom and delight by dancing your bootie off to easy-to-follow, patterned choreography, set to a heart-pumping Latin and international playlist.
• Not to mention that meanwhile, we’re also boosting our immune systems, reducing stress, building our emotional resilience, and improving our cardiovascular fitness, mobility, coordination, bone density and muscular strength.
• This is no regular dance fitness class - it’s an anti-perfectionista, celebratory workout that’s scalable for every body and will leave you sweaty and smiling.
Yes! Attending via Zoom is always an option if you prefer - this class is a hybrid remote/live class, so if you sign up before 7 am Saturday, you will receive an email with the link! So come on!
