Please join us for FUN, effective classes that do not require special coordination or a high level of fitness. We offer modifications for all levels, beginners welcome and athletes challenged! Think planks, V-ups, tricep extensions, leg lifts! Please bring a set of dumbbells (or 2!), a towel, and a mat. If you don’t have dumbbells, please reach out and we can help.
$15/class or 4 classes for $50
If cost is out of reach we have work-trade opportunities.
Sign up ahead of time (required to sign our waiver) alpenglowfitness.com/book. The only way we can notify you if we need to cancel for weather is if you sign up ahead of time.
