  • Middlesex United States (map)

Get Centered at Camp Meade this summer.

A 6 week series of classes in T’ai Chi Ch’uan, the thousand-year-old Chinese exercise system of health & meditation, begins Thurs. July 30th at Camp Meade in Middlesex. There will be two sessions of the same class, the first at 4PM followed by a second at 5PM.

The first class is free and open to all, and will be followed by 5 weekly 1 hour sessions for $65. This is an outdoor class, and we will be wearing masks and practicing the appropriate social distancing for our time. Please wear loose clothing and soft shoes.

Instructor Alan Erdossy has been introducing this moving yoga at dance studios, businesses, and art centers throughout the Northeast for 45 years. This introductory session will focus on the first set of the full 108 movements of the Yang style.

T’ai Chi is a series of moves that relax and tone the mind, body and spirit, reduces stress, anxiety and depression, while increasing energy, strength, your immune system, and flexibility.

Registration is limited, please register by emailing the instructor alanerdossy@gmail.com or by calling Alan at 802/223-5125.
