Join Alpenglow Fitness's Sky Barsch for a fun, challenging, and varied workout at Camp Meade. This 40-minute class combines cardio moves to keep your heart and lungs healthy; strengthening moves for your arms, core, and legs; stretching and balance. This class is for all levels of fitness and modifications will be offered. This is a low-pressure, welcoming class with an emphasis on fun and feeling strong and successful. Get ready to sweat!
Please bring: Water, a yoga mat or towel, and a pair of dumbells (anywhere from 2 to 10 pounds recommended, some movements will be overhead. If you don't have dumbbells, you can bring soup cans or something similar)
