OPENING CONCERT POSTPONED TIL SUN 5/25

5/23/25: we live in a beautiful GREEN state, but sometimes that means that the rain gets the better of us. Unfortunately, music is canceled for today, as the forecast says the rain will get significantly worse as the day goes on.

We are excited to welcome you to the first of our Concerts on the Green for 2025!

The Bent Nails House Band is an all-star collective of Vermont musicians that started playing at Bent Nails Bistro in Montpelier, VT every Wednesday as a way to attract an audience and contribute to a thriving night life post- covid.  Then the July 10th flood of 2023 shut down Montpelier.  When Bent Nails Bistro reopened in the fall, The House Band was there to bring the good vibes and support Montpelier's live music scene.  The band plays a wide variety of music covering artists like Bill Withers, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, The Grateful Dead, Bob Dylan, The Allman Brothers and original songs as well.  They are resilient and fearless in covering songs they don't know and trying out new material live on stage.  For this opening day performance the band is...

There will be an opening band from Twinfield and a set break band from Montpelier, featuring original music from high school students.  

Doors at 5pm, music begins at 5:30pm.
