Come sweat at Camp Meade!
Enjoy your lunch hour challenging yourself in a supportive environment! This 45-minute class will incorporate a variety of cardio intervals and bodyweight exercises to provide a total body workout. It's a great way to mix up your workout routine and will meet you at YOUR level of fitness. No equipment is necessary, but feel free to bring a pair of dumbbells for an added challenge or mat/towel for comfort.
Instructor Steph Hartnett is a health and fitness enthusiast. She was drawn to group fitness for the accountability and support that a group setting provides, and got certified as a group fitness instructor to share her passion with others. She and her family became full-time residents of the Mad River Valley at the beginning of June and she's excited to share her love of fitness with this new community!
