After School Art Sessions through Spring 2026 Now open for registration

The One Arts after school art program engages the whole child with an emphasis on visual arts. We acknowledge the need for play in order for creative intelligence to flourish. As Maria Montessori said, “Play is the work of the child.” We offer outdoor free play and always circle back to visual arts. We cover weaving, gelli printing, gesture drawing, mask-making and clay among other activities.

After School Art for Kindergarten through 4th grade is available Tuesday-Thursday.

We currently have sessions for K-4th grade open for 2026 registration. Sessions run from:

*April 28th - June 18th

RATES

Drop in rates for After School Art is $29.
Full session rates for After School Art are $27.

Parent pick-up and drop off:

K-4th grade pick-up is 5:45 p.m.

Absences or early pick-up: If you need to pick up your child early or your child will not be attending after school art please notify Fiona at fionas@oneartsvt.org

Schedule: We follow the school schedules, and in the event of a snow day or early dismissal we do not offer After School Art classes

Registration: Registration must be completed at least a day prior to the class. Same day registrations will not be processed.

Attire and snack: Please pack your child a water bottle and a snack for After School Art. Additionally ensure your child has appropriate outside clothing and boots.

Drop-In: Sign up for as many days a week as needed. If your child cannot attend a full session you may sign your child up for individual day/s as long as registration is completed a day prior to the session.

Interested in a After School Art for a day that isn’t listed? Organize three students and we will extend our After School Art offerings to include the desired day.

TRANSPORTATION

Elementary School: If your child attends Brookside Elementary School, Moretown Elementary School or Rumney Elementary School bus transportation is available from school to Camp Meade.
